Event Ready!
Whether it is a class reunion, wedding reception, family gathering, or business meeting, the GFSA building would be a great place to host your event.

The GFSA building - will seat approximately 350 (we have 300 new chairs)
- has a commercially-equipped kitchen
- has a commercial ice machine
- has a large stage for programs
- has a beautiful hardwood dance floor
- is equipped with a sound system, with Bluetooth, for verbal presentations or music, along with two wireless microphones. Wi-Fi is also available.
- has a remote controlled drop-down screen above the stage
- has a projector mounted in the ceiling with appropriate input jacks for your computer video and/or power point presentations
- has 5' round tables and 300 chairs available at no extra charge
- has long (8' & 6') tables for buffet service

Rental Cost for Building as of 9/12/2023
The Rental Prices are for the day of the event only.
If you need the day before or after to set up/decorate/clean up it
will be an additional charge
(1/2 the daily rental cost for that day).Rental Fee, Deposit, Add-ons & Extras are alldue at time of signing of the contract.
Weekend (Friday, Saturday, or Sunday)
Rental $600.00
During the Week (Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, or Thursday)
Rental $300.00There is also a Security Deposit that will be refunded after your event
if everything is put up, cleaned up and there is no damage.
Under 200 Guests: $250.00
200+ Guests: $500.00

Cancellation Policy:
- “First Come, First Served”: If multiple people request the same date at the same time, the first one to return contract with rental fee (and deposit) will have the date reserved.
- If the Renter changes the date after signing the contract, they may lose some or all of the deposit if we lose out on another rental due to their changing dates.
- A written notification of cancellation of an event must be received 90 days prior to event to receive ½ of rent and all of the deposit.
- Notification of cancellation after the deadline will result in a forfeiture of the entire contracted amount.
